Team Nijhof

(Ogano Sitte x Acord II)

O’Connor TN combines proven genes with modern talent. At the Westphalian stallion approvals he stood out with his athletic ability, good way of moving, and convincing jumping technique. O’Connor TN is also light-footed and quick in his reflexes. Sire Ogano Sitte is one of the best breeding sons of the legendary Darco and stands for blood, power and scope. Offspring like Aganix du Seigneur, Legend, Gaudi, Viego les Hauts and Jade van de Bisschop have been incredible showjumpers at the highest level.

O’Connor TN also gets some of his jumping talent from his damline. Dam Gilana produced no less than three successful showjumpers: Quechua, Graniza and Nouvelle Cuisine – all three successful up to 1.30m level. This Hannoverian mareline produced several approved stallions and international showjumpers. Among them are German approved stallions such as Entertainment, Waldhueter, Quater Star, Federalist and many more. Furthermore, O’Connor TN is closely related to the international 1.45m showjumper So Precious ridden by Sweden’s Stina Lillje.

Damsire Acord II brings in the valuable genetics of Ahorn Z and Calypso I and stood at the base of successful Grand Prix showjumping horses such as Armonia La Silla (Rolf-Göran Bengtsson), Ars Vivendi (Joachim Heyer), Atlantic VDL (Wout-Jan van der Schans), Acorado I (Torben Köhlbrandt), As di Villagana (Pato Muente), et cetera. O’Connor TN’s great-grandsire Gimpel carries the famous genes of Gotthard, while great-great-grandsire Argentan I belongs to one of the greats of Hanoverian breeding.

With his interesting pedigree and modern way of jumping O’Connor TN is a very interesting addition to the stallion collection of Team Nijhof.
